Basic Function:

The Vice President (VP) will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for program and events areas. The position will be part of the senior management team that drives the overall strategy for the organization and represents the Art Guild of Naples to the community.

Dutiesof the Vice President

1.Plan and manage social events for the Art Guild of Naples.

2.Create and implement fundraising events.

3.Creation and management of an Event’s Committee to assist in the identification and planning of event/fundraising opportunities.

4.Report on event/fundraising opportunities to the Board of Directors.

5.Communicate event activities to the AGON membership.

6.Assist the Board of Directors with definition and communication of the AGON mission.

7.Preside over AGON meetings in the absence of the president.
